Perched on a bluff high above crystal clear turquoise waters, the Grotto house is simultaneously grand and charming. This new Build was Designed to blend in flawlessly with the coastal, island environment while maintaining a clean, contemporary esthetic. Every corner of the house is beautifully decorated and appointed with high quality finishes and furniture. In addition, each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and well designed, built in storage for your the swim trunks, bikinis and flip flops . The mattresses and linens on the beds are very comfy, and, combined with excellent temperature and humidity control via the brand new hvac system, a peaceful night’s rest is guaranteed. There are many plush outdoor seating options to catch the fresh ocean breeze while reading a book and enjoying a cocktail. Wildlife abounds in the waters off the dock where you feel as if you have your own personal salt water aquarium. Expect daily visits from the local sea turtle nicknamed squirt. 😉. The dock is capable of accommodating boats of many sizes from small flats boats to luxury yachts. I highly recommend getting out on those beautiful, warm waters and exploring the local environment including the caves, pigs, and Sandbars. Staniel Cay Yacht club is just a few minutes drive from this house should you want to share a cold Sands Light with Friends, locals and/or possibly a celebrity or two! You don’t want to miss this corner of Heaven on Earth.🏝️

From the moment we landed on the sun-kissed shores of Staniel Cay, our experience at this luxury rental was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of the Exumas, this villa offered the perfect blend of barefoot elegance, privacy, and world-class amenities. The home itself was stunning—perched on a bluff with panoramic views of crystal-clear turquoise waters. Every room was thoughtfully designed, blending Caribbean charm with upscale finishes, open-air living spaces, and a private pool made it feel like our own private resort. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own ensuite, plush linens, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the ocean breeze. What truly set this rental apart was the level of service. Locally inspired meals daily—lobster tails, conch salad, and grilled snapper never tasted so good. The concierge team handled everything from island tours to curated boat excursions. Swimming pigs at Big Major Cay, Snorkeling in Thunderball Grotto,A sunset cruise with champagne, All seamlessly arranged. We spent our days kayaking through hidden coves, lounging on sandbars, and watching rays glide beneath our dock. By night, it was stargazing from the oceanfront deck. Staniel Cay itself is a gem—laid-back yet luxurious, with just enough charm to keep it feeling like a secret. But this rental made the trip unforgettable. It was more than a vacation—it was an experience of pure island indulgence.
